We lead every phase of design and construction, from concept to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Whether it is new buildings, renovations, or infrastructure improvements, our expert team collaborates with campus stakeholders to bring visionary designs to life. With a blend of in-house design talent and industry-leading project and construction management, we are committed to building a campus that drives success and enhances the MU experience. Acts as the "owner's representative" on campus construction projects, including interpreting, administering, and enforcing contracts during the construction phase.
  • Performs a variety of assignments and analyses that impact the Engineering Construction & Design function
  • Analyzes, reviews and designs construction plans, specifications, and equipment as needed
  • Solves routine to complex problems and provides solutions, recommendations, etc.
  • Analyzes potential solutions using experience, judgments and precedence, providing input and recommendations
  • Impacts the quality of own work and the work of others on the team, ensuring efficient workflows, productivity, etc.
  • Explains complex information to others, ensuring audience understanding
  • Provides project management on various multi-disciplinary projects ensuring compliance with contract documents and industry standards Shift 7:30 a.
m. - 4:00 p.m., Monday - Friday Minimum Qualifications "A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. Licensure may be required." Preferred Qualifications
  • Must possess a valid driver's license, which will allow legal operation of a motor vehicle in the State of Missouri.

Salary Range:
$65,000 - $95,000 annually
