This client is seeking an experienced Construction Manager with expertise in managing major capital projects. Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership:

Lead the planning and execution of construction projects, ensuring compliance with financial, safety, and performance standards.

Process Improvement:

Introduce and uphold best-practice construction methods to enhance site efficiency and productivity.

Strategic Oversight:

Offer strategic input for decision-making processes affecting the division and contribute to budget development.

Safety and Compliance:

Ensure acquisition and maintenance of necessary permits, licenses, and certifications and enforce safety protocols for a "Zero-Harm" environment.

Quality Assurance:

Develop and implement standardized quality and performance procedures across field operations.

Resource Management:

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree.

Experience:

Leadership Skills:

Proven ability to manage complex groups and influence strategic decisions.

Software Proficiency:

Advanced skills in project management and scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and Procore.
