Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership:

Drive on-site activities with precision, ensuring compliance with project plans. Collaborate with regional managers and engineers to maintain robust project timelines.

Team Management:

Empower a team of over 30 union electricians, fostering a culture of development and performance enhancement.

Safety Assurance:

Enforce safety protocols, conduct meetings, and ensure compliance with NFPA 70E and LOTO standards.

Quality Assurance:

Uphold high-quality standards, routinely inspect work, tackle construction challenges, and manage cable schedules.

Resource Management:

Strategically procure and utilize construction materials and equipment.

Financial Oversight:

Monitor project budgets, interpret financial reports, and leverage Excel to meet financial objectives.

Client Communication:

Serve as the primary on-site contact for clients, providing updates and swiftly addressing concerns.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain meticulous records, produce reports, and ensure comprehensive project documentation.

Project Estimation:

Collaborate with estimators for accurate cost assessments and precise pricing.

Qualifications:

4-6 years of experience in industrial construction as an electrical project manager or superintendent. Proven ability to manage a team of over 30 union electricians and deliver projects on schedule. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for budgeting and documentation. Experience with construction turnovers, cable schedules, and quality control procedures. Strong knowledge of

NFPA 70E, LOTO

programs, and modern construction techniques. Proficiency in construction management software and project scheduling tools. Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic construction environment.
