Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and Experienced Construction Foreman to lead and oversee construction projects from start to finish. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate daily operations on-site, supervise construction teams, ensure safety compliance, and deliver projects on time and within budget. Completion of diverse building projects. Duties Lead and supervise construction crews, to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project plans. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide construction activities accurately. Oversee quality control measures, conduct inspections, and enforce safety protocols. Foster a collaborative team environment by providing guidance, supervision, and mentorship to site personnel. Qualifications Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, suppliers, and team members. Demonstrated supervising experience with the ability to manage multiple teams effectively on-site. Ability to read schematics and technical drawings accurately. Inspect and clear worksites, remove obstacles, and ensure a safe, clean environment Measure, cut, and assemble decking boards, stairs, railings, and balusters using power and hand tools; follow manufacturer fastening guidelines for expansion and drainage.
