  • 12 Month+ Contract OD Coordinator We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented OD Coordinator to support our Organization Development (OD) team.
This role is responsible for coordinating employee onboarding and training programs, managing Learning Management System (LMS) activities, tracking budgets and invoices, preparing reports, and providing administrative support for OD initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate new hire orientation and training logistics. Maintain training records and support LMS administration. Track departmental budgets, invoices, and vendor payments. Support employee registrations, scheduling, and training communications. Prepare onboarding metrics and reports. Assist with meeting, event, and training facility coordination. Provide administrative support for OD programs and projects.
Qualifications:
Associate degree or equivalent work experience. 2+ years of administrative, HR, training, or learning & development experience. Experience with LMS platforms preferred. Strong Microsoft 365 skills (Outlook, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint). Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities. Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
