The Site Supervisor will play a pivotal role in maintaining quality, staying on schedule, and exceeding client expectations. RosetteForeverHomes.com Key Responsibilities Project Execution & Oversight Manage day-to-day operations for multiple residential construction projects. Coordinate trade partners, material deliveries, and labor needs to ensure project momentum. Proactively solve job site challenges with minimal office support. Maintain efficiency and reduce waste in labor, time, and materials. Oversee the use, condition, and timely return of tools and equipment. Quality Control & Compliance Conduct frequent inspections to ensure adherence to specifications and building codes. Oversee craftsmanship from framing through finishes — internal team and subcontractors. Manage project close-out, punch lists, and client walkthroughs. Develop at least two SOPs per quarter to maintain quality across the company. Communication & Reporting Hold weekly client meetings to set expectations and review progress. Attend production meetings with the construction team. Maintain up-to-date daily job logs via JobTrend with relevant documentation. Coordinate necessary change orders with the Project Manager. Site Safety & Risk Management Enforce all safety policies and ensure OSHA compliance. Identify and mitigate on-site hazards. Ensure all Rosette team members use proper PPE and follow safety protocols. Participation in Production Participate in the labor necessary for the execution of each job when all supervisory responsibilities are first accomplished. Qualifications 3+ years of residential construction supervision or advanced carpentry experience. Strong knowledge of building methods, local codes, and jobsite management. Skilled in reading blueprints and specifications. Technically proficient with digital scheduling and reporting tools. High school diploma or GED required; additional education a plus. Valid driver's license required. Capable of lifting and carrying 50 lbs.
