Your Role:

Assistant Site Leader As ASL, you'll be second-in-command at your location, ensuring smooth operations, consistent service, and team development. You'll help lead by example while keeping things clean, on-brand, and customer-focused.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead shift teams, answer questions, and resolve issues on the floor Train new hires and uphold Glide's standards for service and professionalism Oversee daily schedules, site cleanliness, and lobby/concierge operations Open/close the site and ensure readiness for each day's business Respond to customer concerns and membership questions with care Perform site inspections and submit operations reports Track inventory and maintenance needs, place restock orders Support local B2B outreach and sales initiatives Step in to cover shifts when needed to keep the operation running smoothly What You Bring to the Table Supervisory or team leadership experience (retail or service preferred) Ability to coach, train, and motivate entry-level team members High physical energy and mechanical aptitude Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills A commitment to customer service and operational excellence Willingness to work flexible hours (including evenings/weekends) and a minimum of 45 hours per week Schedule Day, evening, and weekend shifts depending on site needs.
