Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of crew members on construction sites, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project plans. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to guide on-site operations accurately. Utilize construction management software, update schedules, track progress, and document site activities. Conduct quality control inspections to verify work meets safety standards, specifications, and client expectations. Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to keep projects on track and within scope. Enforce OSHA safety regulations and ensure all team members follow proper safety protocols at all times.
