We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Superintendent to oversee multiple multi-family construction projects located in the Springfield, MO area. This position is open immediately . This role is responsible for commercial job site planning , coordinating subcontractor schedules, and ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Superintendents are expected to uphold company policies and values with a strong emphasis on integrity and service .

Key Responsibilities:

Full-time, day-to-day supervision and coordination of on-site activities Quality control inspections and workmanship verification Material management and coordination Maintain daily logs of all field activities Telehandler operation Facilitate inspections Supervise and enforce on-site safety protocols Subcontractor crew management, scheduling, and planning

Required Skills & Experience:

Commercial construction experience ( management experience preferred ) Strong oral and written communication skills Proven leadership and team coordination abilities Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and schedules efficiently

Salary:

$65,000 - $100,000 based on experience New F-150
