Job Description

Doctor's Lawn and Landscape is seeking a Landscape Construction Production Manager to lead and oversee the successful delivery of our landscape construction projects. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with our design team to bring designs to life, managing every detail from ordering and scheduling materials to coordinating equipment delivery. In addition, the Production Manager will supervise and support a team of skilled crew members, fostering a safe, efficient, and high-performing work environment while ensuring all safety protocols are strictly followed.
Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Plan, organize, and supervise landscape installation projects. Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards. Review project specifications, drawings, and timelines to prepare for efficient execution.
Team Leadership:
Manage and mentor field staff, including crew leaders and Foreman. Schedule and assign work to crews, ensuring proper allocation of resources. Foster a culture of safety, professionalism, and teamwork.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work meets company standards and client expectations. Address and resolve any issues or deficiencies promptly.
Client Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution. Provide updates, address concerns, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate records of project progress, labor hours, and material usage. Prepare reports for management on project performance and resource utilization. Qualifications Proven experience in landscape management or a related field. Strong knowledge of landscape construction, horticulture, and maintenance practices. Ability to read and interpret landscape designs, specifications, and project documents. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management software, Aspire, and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Fluency in both Spanish and English is a plus but not necessary Working Conditions Outdoor work in various weather conditions. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks as needed. Occasional weekend or evening work to meet project deadlines.
