JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for assisting the Superintendent by completing daily tasks. Accountable for maintaining clean and safe job sites. Ensures home readiness through various stages of construction. Completes workmanship inspections and checklists in the field.

DAILY TASKS INCLUDE

Provide a clean job site by ensuring trade partners maintain a tidy work environment and follow proper clean up protocols. Ensure trash bins and receptacles are empty and available as needed. Complete site clean up or pressure washing as needed. De-ice and shovel to ensure safe passage in and out of homes. Report any problems, damage, or safety issues directly to the Superintendent. Ensure proper signage is in place at home sites. Receive and check in materials as they arrive on the job site. Inventory excess construction materials and call in for returns. Provide logistics for moving and delivering McCall inventory; including wall panels and cabinets. Inspect workmanship and sign off scopes for trade partners. Responsible for ensuring homes are locked and secured at the end of work day. Reports to Superintendent
