Salary:

Up to $160,000 (DOE) About the Role We are seeking an experienced Superintendent with a strong background in healthcare construction to oversee projects in the Bozeman, Montana market. This role is responsible for managing all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage day-to-day field operations for healthcare construction projects Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel Maintain project schedules and proactively address delays or issues Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA standards Oversee quality control and ensure compliance with project specifications Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients Conduct site meetings and provide regular progress updates Manage inspections, permits, and project documentation Qualifications 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent, with a focus on healthcare projects Proven experience with hospitals, clinics, or medical facilities (new build and/or renovation) Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, codes, and compliance requirements Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Proficiency in construction management software is a plus What We Offer Competitive salary up to $160,000 depending on experience Opportunity to work on impactful healthcare projects in a growing market Stable pipeline of local projects (no extensive travel required) Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401k, etc.) If you are interested in learning more about this position, please apply or email me directly at stephanie.galindo@gogpac.com /615.439.2866- All inquiries are strictly confidential.
