With a growing portfolio and a strong pipeline of work, they are seeking a seasoned leader to join their high-performing team. About the Position The company is currently conducting a search for a Senior Project Manager to lead construction projects in the $20M
- 40M range.
- 40M Deep knowledge of construction contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and safety protocols Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam) Benefits Competitive base salary of $120,000
