We're looking for an experienced and collaborative Piping Superintendent in Cary/Holly Springs, NC who thrives when people are in sync and construction projects are running like they should. You'll take the lead on daily scheduling and planning activities at the project site, and ensure the right materials, equipment and people are there to get the job done. - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred; or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree
- At least 5 years of construction site experience in an EPCM environment preferred
- At least 5 years of experience as a general foreman, superintendent, and/or construction manager
- Proficient in reading P&ID's and marking up flow paths for passivation of hygienic piping
- Demonstrated working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, scheduling, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building required.
- Experience with Modular skid reassembly, Eida , Bluebeam, Hygienic pipe, CGMP documentation Ideally, you'll also have:
- Pharma Experience preferred
- OSHA30 certification
