Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Residential Construction Project Manager to oversee custom home construction from foundation through final completion. This role manages multiple projects simultaneously, coordinates subcontractors, ensures quality standards, and delivers homes on time and within budget. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in residential construction management, strong communication skills, and the ability to keep multiple builds moving efficiently. Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise the construction of 5-7 custom homes simultaneously from foundation to final walkthrough Coordinate and schedule all subcontractors to ensure timely project progression Monitor job sites regularly to ensure work is performed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards Review construction plans, specifications, and scopes of work for accuracy and execution Ensure all work complies with local building codes and regulations Maintain project timelines and proactively address delays or issues Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks Communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders Manage material deliveries and verify accuracy and quality Track project progress and provide updates as needed Oversee punch lists and ensure timely completion of final items prior to closing Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites Regular communications with our homeowners Qualifications 2+ years of experience in residential construction project management (custom home experience preferred) Proven ability to manage multiple home builds at once Strong knowledge of residential construction processes from foundation through completion Experience coordinating and supervising subcontractors Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Working knowledge of local building codes and safety standards Basic computer skills is a must Must have reliable transportation to travel between job sites All candidates will be required to complete a comprehensive background check
