Construction Superintendent Location:
Chapel Hill, NC Salary:
$120K - $160K base salary + benefits Commercial General Contractor with approximately $1B annual revenue is looking to hire a Superintendent in Chapel Hill, NC due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline. The company specializes in healthcare and education construction projects and has built a strong reputation across Chapel Hill/Raleigh/Durham for delivering high quality work and maintaining long term client relationships. Projects are primarily within K12, higher education, and healthcare sectors, offering the opportunity to work on large scale, technically challenging projects with strong internal support and career progression opportunities.
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
$120K - $160
K Vehicle Allowance:
$750/month
Bonus:
Performance based

15 days + 5 sick days + 2 floating holidays 401

Parental Leave:
Maternity & Paternity coverage Requirements Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Construction Superintendent with a Commercial General Contractor Experience working on K12, higher education, and/or healthcare construction projects Experience managing projects from ground up through closeout preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, and field operations effectively
