This role oversees site superintendents, subcontractors, and field staff while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee field operations for multifamily construction projects. Manage project schedules and coordinate subcontractors and field staff. Ensure work is performed in accordance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards. Implement and enforce jobsite safety programs and procedures. Coordinate with Project Managers, engineers, and project stakeholders. Monitor project milestones, schedules, and field productivity. Conduct subcontractor meetings and ensure adherence to project timelines. Manage inspections, punch lists, and final project completion. Mentor and lead assistant superintendents and field staff. Qualifications 10-15 years of experience working for a general contractor on multifamily construction projects. Strong background in ground-up multifamily developments. Proven ability to manage large teams and complex project schedules. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Experience managing large-scale residential developments is preferred.
