This role is responsible for managing daily jobsite activities, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. This position requires travel and extended stays at project locations. Key Responsibilities Lead field operations for large ground-up construction projects. Manage subcontractors and coordinate all jobsite activities. Ensure work is completed in accordance with project plans, schedules, and quality standards. Implement and maintain jobsite safety programs. Conduct subcontractor meetings and coordinate project schedules. Monitor construction progress and resolve field issues. Collaborate with Project Managers and project teams to maintain schedules and budgets. Manage inspections, punch lists, and project closeout. Qualifications 10+ years of experience working for a general contractor managing ground-up construction projects. Experience with tilt-wall construction, steel framing, pre-engineered buildings, cold storage/freezer facilities, and heavy industrial buildings. Strong knowledge of large-scale commercial and industrial construction practices. Ability to travel and manage long-term project assignments. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
