Assistant Construction Project Manager Location:

Fayetteville, NC Salary:

$100 - $125K base + $650 per month vehicle allowance + bonus A well-established General Contractor with a strong reputation across the healthcare and education sector in the Raleigh and Fayetteville region. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are looking to bring on an Assistant Project Manager to support a major healthcare project. The Role:

Assist the Senior Project Manager on a $70M healthcare project Support day-to-day project operations from preconstruction through completion Help manage subcontractors, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation Assist with scheduling, cost tracking, and project reporting Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and consultants

Requirements:

Experience working for a General Contractor in a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager role Healthcare construction experience preferred, but would also consider strong commercial backgrounds Motivated individual looking to grow within a reputable

GC Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary:

$120K - $125

K Vehicle Allowance:

$650/month

Bonus:

Performance-based PTO:

15 days + 5 sick days + 2 floating holidays 401(k): 3% company match
