Job Description Job Description Job Description Johnson-Laux Construction is seeking a very experienced Project Superintendent to join our Team in North Carolina. We are a Commercial General Contractor with a client base of Public and Private entities including new construction, Renovation, Repairs, Maintenance and Sustainability projects. Clients include Military, Airports, Hospitals, Colleges/Universities, K-12 Schools, Cities, Counties, Parks, Hospitality, and Commercial. Candidates Must Possess knowledge and experience in both Renovation and New Construction projects.
Preferred that Candidates also possess:
IDIQ, J.O.C., MACC, MATOC
continuing service contract experience. Government Project Experience. Experience managing projects at Fort Bragg is a plus. Must Have Excellent communication skills Must Have Excellent Customer Services Skills Must be organized Must be able to interact professionally with our clients, architects, engineers, and the general public Must be able to look ahead and forecast Must be an excellent planner Must be motivated and driven Self Starters are an absolute must!
