Job Description

Description:
HELIOS is seeking highly experienced Program Manager to join our team in managing a technical Multi-Domain Operations instruction program in support of the U.S. Army JFK Special Warfare Center and School at Ft. Bragg, NC. This support will include evaluating and managing the creation of training programs and procuring training aids in support of four separate specialized SOF focused technical training courses to include OSINT, SI, EW and UxS programs of instruction. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: provide overall management, personnel, planning, quality control, direction, coordination, and deliverable submissions to ensure effective contract performance. establish management procedures to support the mission and all tasks listed in this PWS. attend coordination and synchronization of activities meetings as required. organize and implement program methodologies, and ensure inputs are coordinated from functional and technical personnel. The Contractor shall supervise and execute program management operational functions, including all meetings, reviews, and status reports. produce a Project Management Plan (PMP); a resource-loaded expenditure plan, aligned to key milestones including personnel and anticipated ODC, that outlines the cost, schedule, and forecasted delivery date. maintain 100% continuity of instructor performance and maintain required instructor to student ratios during personnel changes. attend coordination and synchronization meetings. ensure that all travel is executed on schedule and in full compliance with DoW Joint Travel Regulation (JTR). The Contractor shall coordinate TDY travel for employees ensuring Government Travel Authorization documents are accurate and approved by the COR. perform human resources duties including ensuring all employees meet contract requirements, complete all mandatory training in accordance with (IAW) the contract, and meet all occupational requirements. Veteran Hiring preference Sign-On Bonus up to $5K (if fully qualified) Positions are contingent on contract award.

Minimum Qualifications:
Top Secret clearance current PMP certification 2+ years experience managing training programs 5+ years experience in related technical disciplines 10+ years SOF experience
