You will serve as the primary on-site leader, acting as the main point of contact for subcontractors and clients to ensure absolute project success. This role empowers you to drive daily field execution for high-value commercial and industrial builds utilizing cutting-edge lean construction practices. You will have the autonomy to manage site operations while enjoying the backing of a passionate team committed to quality and integrity. How You Will Make an
Impact:
Lead and manage the on-site construction team to maintain maximum productivity and continuous operational excellence. Coordinate and oversee all work on-site to ensure trades align perfectly with engineering and quality standards. Review project schedules and budgets continuously to safeguard strict adherence to timelines and financial targets. Order necessary building materials and assume full responsibility for the security of equipment and assets on-site. Enforce rigorous on-site safety compliance, cleanliness, and orderliness to mitigate field risks and meet compliance standards. Author comprehensive daily field reports, track field orders, and log critical RFIs to maintain transparent records. Document detailed observations, upload progress pictures, and submit weekly job safety forms directly within Procore. Communicate project milestones, remaining tasks, and anticipated completion dates to customers with peak professionalism. Liaise directly with municipal inspection authorities to secure all necessary structural and operational approvals.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Proven experience managing commercial or industrial job sites as a primary Construction Superintendent. Demonstrated track record of managing subcontractors, scheduling trades, and enforcing job site safety protocols. Proficiency using Procore or equivalent construction management software for reporting, photos, and safety logs. Strong capability to read, interpret, and implement blueprints, project budgets, and complex construction timelines.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
Prior experience supervising design/build projects or advanced industrial manufacturing facility builds. Demonstrated history of applying lean construction principles to maximize field efficiency and reduce waste. Active OSHA safety certifications or formal training in commercial job site risk management.
