Job Description

Job Overview Stone & Lime Imports Inc. is a Historical Masonry Restoration Company. We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate large-scale construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive construction site experience, and proficiency in industry-standard management software. This role requires a strategic thinker capable of managing multiple teams, ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout all phases of construction. The Construction Project Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects adhere to budgets, schedules, and safety regulations while fostering effective communication among stakeholders. Responsibilities Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout. Develop detailed project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 and construction management software to ensure timely delivery. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate seamless project progression. Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory standards. Prepare and manage construction estimates utilizing HeavyBid and other estimating tools. Oversee procurement processes and manage contracts to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness. Monitor project progress through regular site visits, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. Manage project budgets, change orders, and resource allocation effectively. Utilize software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, and construction management platforms for documentation, reporting, and communication. Address project issues promptly by implementing effective problem-solving strategies. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and promote a culture of safety on-site. Qualifications Proven experience in construction management. Historical Renovation experience a plus. Extensive knowledge of construction site operations and experience reading blueprints and schematics. Proficiency in project management software including Primavera P6, ProCore, Bluebeam and other relevant tools. Strong understanding of contracts, project scheduling, cost estimating, and project coordination. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing diverse teams across multiple projects. Exceptional communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and team collaboration. Relevant certifications such as PMP or equivalent are preferred but not mandatory. Pay:
$85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
