Job Description

- Must have experience managing commercial construction projects and subcontractors.
- Managing day-to-day field activities to ensure project milestone dates and schedule completion dates are met.
- Ensuring all safety requirements are met throughout the duration of the job.
- Verifying that all work is installed in a workmanlike manner (i.e. plumb, level, etc.)
- Managing and looking ahead to proactively schedule, identify issues, and facilitate solutions.
- Ensuring job is being completed per plans and specs.
- Must have a valid driver's license and be able to obtain base access.
- OSHA 30 and CQM Course required.
