PAY BASED OFF EXPERIENCE
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced /Supervisor to lead construction projects with enthusiasm and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations on construction sites, coordinate teams, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Your leadership will drive project success through effective management of resources, adherence to safety standards, and quality control. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence large-scale construction initiatives while fostering a collaborative and proactive work environment. Duties Supervise construction activities on-site, ensuring all work aligns with project plans, schematics, and specifications Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain workflow efficiency Oversee project scheduling using Primavera P6 or similar construction management software to meet deadlines Monitor safety protocols rigorously, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and conducting regular safety inspections Review blueprints and schematics thoroughly to facilitate accurate execution of construction plans Manage project budgets, track expenses, and perform cost estimations using HeavyBid or comparable tools Conduct quality control inspections to uphold construction standards and resolve issues promptly Read and interpret technical documents such as schematics, contracts, and construction estimates Utilize tools like Ohmmeter for electrical testing when required on-site Maintain detailed documentation of project progress, change orders, and site reports for transparency and accountability Skills Proven management experience in heavy civil or commercial construction environments with supervising responsibilities Strong proficiency in construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and Primavera Extensive knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and best practices in construction site safety management Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating techniques Ability to read technical drawings accurately and utilize measurement tools such as Ohmmeter effectively Excellent project scheduling skills with a focus on timely delivery using Primavera P6 or similar tools Effective communication skills for coordinating teams, clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, contracts, and procurement processes efficiently Experience with pipeline projects or infrastructure development is a plus Strong leadership qualities with a track record of supervising diverse teams in fast-paced environments Join us to lead innovative projects that shape the future of infrastructure!
