Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Superintendent to lead and oversee roofing projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will coordinate on-site activities, ensure safety compliance, manage subcontractors and suppliers, and deliver high-quality roofing solutions that meet client specifications. Your leadership will drive project efficiency, uphold safety standards, and maintain excellent communication with clients and team members. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of commercial roofing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Duties Lead and supervise all daily operations on roofing sites, ensuring adherence to project schedules and safety protocols. Coordinate with project managers, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth workflow and timely delivery of materials. Review contracts to verify project scope and technical requirements; interpret construction drawings accurately. Implement quality control measures by inspecting work progress, conducting site audits, and ensuring compliance with OSHA standards. Ensure all team members are trained on construction site safety practices and OSHA regulations; promote a culture of safety awareness. Monitor project progress; adjust plans proactively to meet deadlines. Maintain comprehensive documentation including incident reports, progress logs, and quality assurance records. Experience Proven management experience in commercial roofing projects or heavy construction environments with a strong track record of supervising teams effectively. Extensive construction site experience with a solid understanding of roofing systems. Demonstrated ability in project scheduling, budgeting, contract management, and managing multiple complex projects. Knowledge of OSHA safety standards applicable to roofing operations; experience conducting safety audits on-site. Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high standards of quality control and safety compliance.
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
