Job Summary Driven Contractors is seeking a Construction Project Manager / Estimator to join our growing team. This role is responsible for managing projects from pre-construction estimating through project completion while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Prepare accurate cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment using estimating software and blueprints Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar tools Monitor job site activities to ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards are met Review contracts, drawings, and specifications to confirm scope of work Use tools such as Procore and Bluebeam for project tracking, documentation, and change orders Qualifications Experience in construction project management (heavy civil or commercial preferred) Strong estimating experience with knowledge of construction methods and costs Proficiency in: Primavera P6 Civil 3D HeavyBid Procore Bluebeam Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations Preferred Qualifications Field/site experience Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Benefits Competitive salary (based on experience) Opportunity for career growth Supportive, team-oriented work environment Work on impactful commercial and civil projects Apply Today Join Driven Contractors and be part of a team that values quality, integrity, and professional growth.
