Fire Sprinkler Superintendent

Job description Job Description As a Service Sprinkler Superintendent, you'll be the boots-on-the-ground leader ensuring the success of repairs, inspections, and management of sprinkler systems on commercial and residential sites. This is a key leadership position responsible for job execution, crew supervision, and client satisfaction. Oversee all field operations for the sprinkler service team Manage jobs, schedules, manpower, materials, and coordination with others Ensure work is performed to code, on time, and within budget Provide leadership and mentorship to field teams and foremen Maintain strong communication with project managers, general contractors, and clients Monitor jobsite safety and enforce company safety protocols Troubleshoot technical issues and provide on-the-spot solutions Perform quality control inspections and ensure documentation is complete Qualifications 5+ years of experience in fire sprinkler installation, with at least 2 years in a leadership or superintendent role Strong understanding of NFPA codes and local fire protection regulations Proven ability to manage crews and multiple job sites simultaneously Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license with a clean record NICET certification preferred but not required Commitment to safety, quality, and excellence in all work Why Join?
