Position:

Commercial Construction Field Superintendent As a Commercial Construction Field Superintendent, you'll be at the forefront of our commercial projects, ensuring they're delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operation of commercial construction projects Collaborate closely with project management to maintain schedules and budgets. Oversee subcontractors to ensure efficient and safe project execution. Implement quality control measures to uphold our standards of excellence. Proactively address challenges and find innovative solutions to keep projects on track. Foster a culture of teamwork and accountability among on-site personnel.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in commercial construction management. Strong leadership skills with a focus on collaboration and teamwork. Deep understanding of commercial construction processes and safety protocols. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Dedication to delivering exceptional results on every project. 3 - 5 years of experience in construction area Strong project management and communications skills Ability to read construction documents Familiarity with regulatory construction standards Why Join Us?
