Job Description
Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual for the position of . This role is essential in overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all aspects of the project are managed effectively and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge in construction management, project scheduling, and quality control, as well as experience with various construction management software tools. Responsibilities Manage and oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Utilize ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and HeavyBid for project management and documentation. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure compliance with project specifications. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and enforce safety standards in accordance with OSHA regulations. Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to facilitate smooth project execution. Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards throughout the construction process. Prepare project schedules and manage resources effectively to meet deadlines. Provide supervision and guidance to on-site teams, fostering a collaborative work environment. Requirements Proven experience in construction management with a strong understanding of budgeting and estimating processes. Familiarity with construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, HeavyBid. Solid background in project scheduling and supervising experience on construction sites. Knowledge of OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for quality control purposes. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
