BUILDER RECRUITMENT & CONSTRUCTION SERVICES COORDINATOR 3710
Dillon Lane, Wake Forest, NC 27587 From $70,000 a year - Full-time From $70,000 a year - Full-time Topsider Homes designs, engineers, fabricates and ships high-end custom post & beam and panelized home packages for construction by local builders throughout the U.S. and abroad. We are seeking a construction-literate, well-organized person to help identify, contact, screen and coordinate with builders for our clients' projects. This is an in-office position. No travel required.
YOU MUST ANSWER THE SCREENING QUESTIONS TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION.
Responsibilities Research and contact qualified residential builders in areas where our clients plan to build Use online builder databases, local builder associations and other resources to identify potential builders Explain Topsider's post & beam and panelized building system to builders clearly and professionally Help secure builder interest and bids for client projects Coordinate communication among builders, clients and Topsider staff Respond to builder questions regarding plans, materials, logistics and construction details Maintain organized follow-up by phone, email and text Background Needed Hands-on residential construction experience Ability to speak credibly with builders, contractors and clients Clear phone and written communication skills Organized, persistent and comfortable with follow-up Basic computer skills including email, internet research, Word and Excel A construction management degree is helpful, but not required. Practical residential construction experience is more important. This may be a good fit for someone with construction experience who wants broader responsibilities in a stable career setting, without continual relocation, jobsite travel or long absences from family and friends. Compensation From $70,000 to start, based on experience and capabilities. Benefits PPO health plan including dental and vision, paid holidays, vacation policy and related benefits. Its modern facilities are located on a 15-acre campus 10 minutes west of Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
