Were seeking a Service Project Manager based out of our Wahpeton, ND office someone who lives in (or is willing to relocate or commute to) the Wahpeton area and can travel to surrounding communities to build relationships and manage small-scale construction projects. Position Overview As a Service Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and overseeing small-scale construction projects. Your collaborative approach will be essential in nurturing and expanding strong client relationships by helping them optimize their capital investments and ensuring their facilities operate safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee small-scale construction projects from initial planning to final completion. Meet with clients to understand their needs and develop actionable project plans. Conduct building inspections to identify repair needs and improvement opportunities. Provide accurate and competitive quotes for projects tailored to client requirements. Ensure all projects adhere to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Minimum Qualifications Degree in construction management, facility management, engineering, or a related field, OR equivalent work experience in those fields. Requirements Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices. Proven experience delivering exceptional client service and cultivating lasting relationships. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and information. Superior organizational and leadership abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office 365. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations. Experience managing budgets and schedules for small-scale construction projects. Ability to troubleshoot project challenges and proactively find solutions. Why Join Us?
