In this vital role, you will coordinate daily site activities, ensure adherence to safety standards, manage project schedules, and maintain quality control. Your leadership will drive project success by supervising teams, managing resources, and ensuring all work aligns with technical specifications and client expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape construction projects while fostering a safe, efficient, and productive work environment. Duties Supervise daily construction site operations, ensuring work progresses safely, efficiently, and according to project plans and schedules Coordinate with crew, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth communication and workflow Monitor adherence to safety protocols by enforcing OSHA standards and conducting regular safety inspections Conduct quality control inspections to verify work meets industry standards and client requirements Oversee budgeting processes related to labor, materials, and equipment; assist in construction estimating as needed Supervise teams of construction workers and subcontractors; provide guidance on technical tasks. Ensure proper documentation of all site activities, including incident reports, progress logs, and safety records Qualifications Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in supervising construction sites Strong understanding of contracts, specifications, blueprints, schematics, and construction estimating processes Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and the ability to enforce safety protocols consistently on-site Hands-on experience in construction site operations across various phases of projects including pipeline installations or heavy civil works preferred Supervising experience with a focus on quality control and adherence to technical drawings and schematics Excellent management skills with the ability to lead teams confidently while fostering a collaborative environment Technical proficiency with tools or other specialized equipment used in construction projects 1099 Position Join us as a Construction Supervisor where your expertise will directly impact the successful delivery of complex projects.
