Job Description

We're partnering with a leading mechanical construction firm to hire a Data Center Construction Superintendent for a fast-paced, large-scale project in Fargo. This is a high-impact 6-month contract opportunity supporting a major mission-critical build, with potential for extension based on future project phases. Candidates with Data Hall / White Space experience are strongly encouraged to apply. What You'll be
Doing:
Lead onsite construction teams with a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity Serve as the primary field contact for mechanical trades personnel Develop, track, and maintain project schedules alongside PMs and senior leadership Coordinate closely with safety, quality control, and commissioning teams Manage fabrication schedules and material flow with project leadership Track labor productivity and assist with workforce forecasting Drive project execution in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment
Who We're Looking For:
Superintendent experience on large-scale commercial or industrial projects Data center / Data Hall / White Space experience strongly preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Experience coordinating multiple trades and fast-track schedules Ability to maintain accountability while driving field productivity Safety-first mindset with strong organizational skills
