Warranty Technician

Valley Professional Search is partnering with a Fargo homebuilder to identify a Warranty Technician who will serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners after closing. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and is comfortable handling minor repairs and troubleshooting before coordinating with subcontractors for larger warranty issues.

Responsibilities:

Respond to homeowner warranty requests and service calls Diagnose and complete minor repairs, adjustments, and touch-ups Determine when subcontractor involvement is needed and coordinate repairs accordingly Schedule and oversee warranty work performed by vendors Maintain accurate records of warranty claims and completed repairs Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the repair process Conduct warranty inspections and identify items requiring attention

Qualifications:

General handyman, construction, maintenance, or residential service experience preferred Ability to perform basic repairs such as drywall touch-ups, caulking, door and window adjustments, trim work, and minor cosmetic fixes Strong customer service and communication skills Organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously Valid driver's license and clean driving record This role is a great fit for someone with residential construction experience who enjoys solving problems, working independently, and delivering exceptional service to homeowners.
