Job Description
A local FM area construction company is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join their team in either Fargo or Grand Forks, ND. This is a senior-level position focused on managing construction projects from preconstruction through completion. The role involves coordinating with customers, field teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience (10+ years), excellent communication skills, and the ability to balance office responsibilities with regular jobsite involvement. Pay is $100k - $125k+ DOE with company vehicle, excellent benefits, and bonus potential. Typical workload is approximately 50-55 hours per week during peak construction season and 45 hours per week during winter months. This role includes a combination of office and field responsibilities, with project travel throughout North Dakota and the upper Midwest.
