Job Description

Superintendent -PROJECT IN MINOT, ND- We are seeking a Superintendent to lead a major federal aviation facility project. This includes a large multi-bay hangar entering its exterior construction phase. The project has a fully staffed team in place, including multiple quality personnel, safety support, engineering support onsite, and project management resources. Our highest priority is securing a Superintendent who can confidently direct all field operations and maintain momentum in a highly technical environment. Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise daily construction activities on site Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards Conduct regular inspections and maintain accurate records of site activities Train and mentor construction staff and laborers Facilitate communication between the construction team and stakeholders, including clients and regulatory agencies Qualifications Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry Familiarity with Army Corps of Engineers standards and procedures Experience with USACE projects $70M+ Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and safety protocols Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite Benefits Health Vision Dental Per Diem and Lodging (GSA) Paid Travel Completion Bonus For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
