Construction Operations Manager

Forks Lath & Plaster (FLP) is seeking an experienced construction leader to take ownership of our day-to-day field operations as our Operations Manager . The Operations Manager will oversee the execution of all FLP construction projects, directly managing Project Managers and Field Supervisors. The Operations Manager will drive efficiency in the field, coordinate labor across multiple projects, and maintain clear, consistent communication between the field, office, and leadership team. This position is responsible for ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining the quality and standards that FLP is known for. This will be a full-time role and can be based in either our Fargo or Grand Forks, ND offices.

High physical capacity/able to lift 50+ lbs Current and valid Driver's license and reliable means of transportation Clear background record 4+ years of experience in construction operations, project management, or field leadership

Qualifications and Skills:
