Service Development Manager - Commercial Roofing White Castle Roofing |
Grand Island, Nebraska Compensation:
$80,000 - $110,000+ annually (based on experience, industry relationships, qualifications, and performance incentives) Build a Growing Market With Us White Castle Roofing is expanding our Commercial Service Division in Central Nebraska and is seeking a driven, relationship-focused professional to help lead our growth throughout the Grand Island market. This is not a traditional management position where you inherit a fully staffed department and maintain the status quo. This is an opportunity to help build, develop, and expand a growing service operation while creating lasting relationships with commercial property owners, facility managers, contractors, and local businesses. You'll step into a market where White Castle Roofing already has established customers, national account relationships, and ongoing service activity. Your role will be to strengthen those partnerships, create new opportunities, and help position White Castle Roofing as the preferred commercial roofing service provider throughout Central Nebraska. What You'll Do Business Development & Relationship Building Develop and maintain relationships with property managers, facility managers, building owners, and general contractors Identify and pursue new commercial roofing service opportunities Expand existing customer relationships while developing new accounts throughout the region Serve as a trusted resource for customers' roofing, repair, and maintenance needs Roofing Service & Project Management Perform roof inspections, leak investigations, and condition assessments Prepare repair recommendations, scopes of work, and estimates Coordinate service projects, scheduling, materials, and customer communication Complete service repairs and maintenance work as needed Manage residential service opportunities when they arise, delivering the same high level of professionalism and customer service expected within our commercial division Leadership & Market Growth Help establish service processes, standards, and best practices for the Central Nebraska market Assist with recruiting, training, and mentoring future service technicians Play a key role in building and leading future service crews Contribute to the long-term growth and success of the Grand Island Service Division What We're Looking For Experience in commercial roofing service, repairs, maintenance, or related roofing operations Existing relationships within commercial roofing, property management, facilities management, commercial real estate, or general contracting are highly preferred Strong communication and customer relationship skills Ability to identify roofing issues and recommend practical solutions Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities Leadership mindset with a passion for growth and team development Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Why White Castle Roofing?
