Prime Home Developmental Disability Services (PHDDS) is a certified provider through Nebraska DHHS, offering a wide range of residential and day services for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Our mission is to provide a full circle of care through individualized programs that empower people to live fulfilling, independent lives. What You'll Do Work Monday-Friday during daytime hours Manage a caseload and coordinate care Communicate with employees, guardians, Shared Living Providers, and interdisciplinary teams Review staff documentation and ensure proper staffing ratios Hire, train, supervise, and develop Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) Support clients in daily living skills: nutrition, hygiene, exercise, communication, and socialization Intervene in crisis situations and refer to appropriate care Use behavioral de-escalation techniques (paid
