This role is responsible for coordinating crews, maintaining jobsite quality, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule and to company standards. You will be trusted to operate independently, solve problems in the field, and help maintain high standards across all active jobs.
Compensation & Benefits Compensation:
$60,000 to $75,000 per year DOE Benefits (eligible after 90 days): Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) / Simple IRA retirement plan Paid holidays Bonus incentives for employee/applicant referrals (paid at 30 and 90 days after hire) Team events and company outings Professional development opportunities Responsibilities Lead day-to-day jobsite operations and keep projects moving Coordinate subcontractors, crews, and job sequencing Identify and resolve field issues before they impact clients Manage punch lists and ensure timely completion Ensure work meets design plans, specs, and company standards Support scheduling, logistics, and production planning Maintain accurate project updates in JobTread Track materials, inventory, and jobsite needs Assist with organization of tools, equipment, and company vehicles Participate in team meetings and planning sessions Success in This Role Projects completed on schedule Strong quality control with minimal callbacks Organized, well-managed jobsites Clear and proactive communication Efficient coordination of crews and subcontractors Qualifications 3+ years construction or carpentry experience Strong understanding of jobsite operations Ability to read plans and follow specifications Comfortable using digital tools for communication and tracking Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in active jobsite conditions Valid driver's license with clean record Apply now to this listing to be considered. #hc246403
