Job Summary:

Superintendent•Construction Ayars & Ayars, Inc., a Design-Build General Contractor in Commercial Construction is looking for Full-Time Superintendent.

Job Responsibilities:

Superintendent•Construction Provide on-site coordination for all phases of construction projects, including coordinating subcontractors, self performed crews, material, equipment, and inspections Ensure specifications and drawings are being strictly followed and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget Superintendent shall be responsible for job site safety, project documentation, jobsite meetings, scheduling, inspections, and quality control Travel may be required

Job Qualifications and Skills:

Superintendent•Construction 3 years of experience in performing building maintenance and construction Proficient in reading blue prints Proficient knowledge in carpentry and be familiar with door and window installation Basic computer skills Self motivated and detail oriented
