Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Project Manager located in the Omaha Metropolitan Area. The Construction Project Manager will oversee all phases of construction projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities include coordinating project schedules, managing budgets, supervising construction teams, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Lead end-to-end management of high-end residential construction projects Serve as the primary, trusted point of contact for homeowners, designers, and stakeholders Maintain tight control over schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and sequencing Anticipate issues before they surface and communicate solutions with clarity and confidence Coordinate closely with field teams to ensure craftsmanship meets specification Uphold an elevated standard of job site professionalism, cleanliness, and organization Translate complex construction activity into a calm, warm, and transparent client experience Qualifications 5+ years in construction project management, ideally in custom residential builds Strong skills in Project Coordination and Project Management Proficiency in Budgeting and financial oversight for construction projects Proven ability to manage multiple active projects with precision Demonstrated leadership abilities and effective team collaboration skills Thorough knowledge of safety and regulatory standards in construction Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Strong command of client-facing skills in high-expectation environments High emotional intelligence and instinct for reading client needs Experience with construction management software (Buildertrend preferred) Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred Compensation We invest in top-tier talent and offer compensation that is consistently above market standards, reflecting the level of responsibility and client experience expected in this role.
