• Full-time, Contract Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Foreman/Supervisor to lead and coordinate residential construction projects from inception to completion.

This role is vital in ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, safely, and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, construction site experience, and proficiency and be a licensed CSL (Massachusetts Only). As a Foreman/Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, ensure quality standards, and maintain adherence to safety regulations. Your leadership will drive project success while fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Duties Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring all work aligns with project plans, schematics, and blueprints Coordinate project schedules using construction management software to meet deadlines Manage subcontractors, vendors, and team members to optimize productivity and safety Oversee budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation to ensure projects stay within financial targets Conduct quality control inspections and enforce OSHA safety standards across all job sites Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide construction efforts Review contracts and construction estimates to ensure scope compliance and accurate project costing Implement construction management best practices including project scheduling, risk management, and progress tracking Lead team meetings to communicate project updates, safety protocols, and address any issues promptly Qualifications Proven management experience in construction supervision with a strong background in Residential Construction Hands-on experience with construction site activities including blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and quality control procedures Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols for heavy construction environments Strong understanding of contracts, budgeting processes, and construction estimating techniques Ability to supervise teams effectively while maintaining high standards of safety and quality Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across projects Join us as a Supervisor where your expertise will shape successful projects while advancing your career in a fast-paced construction environment.
