In this role, you will oversee the coordination of commercial plumbing and HVAC service requests, ensuring seamless communication between vendors, customers, service technicians, and project managers. You will help maintain high standards of quality, and drive customer satifaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast paced service operation within an environment that values innovation and teamwork. Duties Coordinate scheduling and logistics for commercial plumbing and HVAC repairs and maintenance services, ensuring timely execution service. Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and service technicians to ensurenothing falls through the cracks. Utilize service scheduling tools like Sage Field Operations to assist in scheduling and billing. Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and service technicians to clarify scope, timelines, and technical requirements. Track ticket progress through project scheduling tools and ensure adherence to safety standards on-site during service activities. Maintain comprehensive records of all activities, including time management logs and documentation to ensure transparency and accountability. Experience Proven experience in construction management or project coordination within the commercial plumbing sector. Familiarity with construction site operations, safety protocols, and site-specific regulations. Strong knowledge of construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, or equivalent platforms. Experience in project scheduling, contract administration, and construction estimating is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, team members, and vendors. Prior hands-on experience with construction site activities or plumbing projects is a plus. Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently using time management techniques to meet deadlines consistently.
