$100K-$160K (salary depends on experience)Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee electrical installations for various commercial and industrial projects. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with safety regulations, manage project timelines, and lead a team of electricians to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate electrical installations on-site for various projects, including commercial, industrial, and residential buildings.

Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.

Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively to meet deadlines.

Provide leadership and training to electrical teams, ensuring high standards of workmanship.

Collaborate with project managers, general contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are achieved.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.

Assist in troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues as they arise during construction.

QualificationsProven experience as an Electrical Superintendent or similar role in construction.

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety regulations.

Experience in managing multi-family, hospitality, healthcare, government, mission critical electrical projects is a plus.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Proficient in project management software and tools.

Electrical license and relevant certifications are preferred.
