This is an exciting opportunity to join a strong team specializing in drywall, acoustical, millwork, and fit-out projects across the New Hampshire and Albany markets, with the chance to manage major vertical and horizontal construction projects while leading supers, foremen, and project teams in a collaborative environment. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Interiors Construction Project Manager position include: 5+ years of project management experience in interior construction, drywall, acoustical, millwork, fit-outs, or related vertical construction Experience managing commercial construction projects ranging from $10,000 to $30 million Ability to manage approximately $20 million in active project volume Proficiency with On-Screen Takeoff and QuickBid Lead and coordinate superintendents, foremen, subcontractors, field teams, schedules, budgets, and project documentation Work approximately 50% in the office and 50% on job sites throughout the New Hampshire and Albany markets Strong ability to manage mostly fit-out projects while also supporting vertical construction opportunities Strong Assistant Project Managers will be considered, with shadowing available to start
Salary:
$95,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
