Project Manager Luxury Custom Residential Construction Employment Type:

Our projects are complex, highly customized, and require disciplined leadership from pre-construction through completion. We are selective in the work we take on and equally selective in who we hire. Our reputation is built on quality, accountability, and a refined client experience . The Role We are seeking a Project Manager who owns outcomes . You will be fully accountable for budget, schedule, quality, and client experience across assigned projects. This is a leadership role that requires judgment, control, and follow-through — not coordination. You will work in close partnership with an Assistant Project manager and superintendents leading the project team to deliver homes that meet both technical standards and client expectations . What You Will Own Project Performance Full accountability for project delivery from pre-construction through closeout Alignment between estimating, field execution, and client expectations Early identification and resolution of risks Financial Control Ownership of budgets, forecasting, and cost-to-complete Management of change orders with discipline and accuracy Protection of project margins without compromising client trust Schedule Execution Development and maintenance of detailed, realistic schedules Accountability across trades and field teams Active management of delays and implementation of recovery plans Quality & Craftsmanship Delivery of high-end construction standards at every phase Enforcement of quality expectations with field teams and trade partners Proactive issue resolution — not end-of-job correction Client Leadership Primary point of contact for clients throughout the project Clear, proactive, and professional communication Ability to manage expectations and navigate complex decisions What We're Looking For 5-10+ years of experience managing custom residential or high-end construction projects Proven ability to run projects independently with full accountability Strong financial and operational control of projects Experience managing demanding clients and complex builds High level of organization, urgency, and attention to detail Clear, confident communication and decision-making Experience with Procore preferred Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel What Will Set You Apart You take ownership — you don't wait for direction You anticipate problems and address them early You are comfortable being held accountable for results You maintain control of your projects at all times You take pride in delivering a finished product that reflects high standards Our Culture We operate with a high level of accountability, professionalism, and trust .
