Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Contractor/Owner to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. This pivotal role involves managing all aspects of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards. As a General Contractor/Owner , you will coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to drive project success while maintaining safety, budget control, and regulatory compliance. Your expertise in construction management software and project scheduling will be essential in orchestrating seamless operations across multiple projects. Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget. Coordinate project activities with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to foster collaboration and clear communication. Develop detailed project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 or similar construction management software to track progress and milestones. Oversee construction site activities ensuring safety protocols are followed and quality standards are met consistently. Review blueprints, schematics, contracts, and technical drawings such as Civil 3D files to ensure accurate implementation of design intent. Manage procurement processes including construction estimating and HeavyBid analysis to secure materials and services efficiently. Utilize project management tools such as ProCore, Bluebeam, and other construction management software for documentation, reporting, and communication purposes. Monitor project costs through accurate cost estimating and financial tracking to prevent overruns. Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, resolve issues promptly, and maintain compliance with all regulations. Facilitate effective project coordination through clear communication of schedules, deliverables, and expectations among all stakeholders. Requirements Proven experience in construction management or as a general contractor with hands-on construction site experience. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, contracts, and construction documentation. Proficiency with industry-standard software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6 or Primavera (P6), Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and other construction management tools. Demonstrated ability in project scheduling, project management, and construction estimating processes. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively across multiple projects. Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and regulatory compliance requirements. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and team members. Ability to interpret technical drawings such as schematics and civil engineering plans accurately.
