Job Description:
Superintendent - Ground-Up Construction | Morristown, NJ Looking for a Superintendent who can take full ownership of field operations across industrial and commercial construction projects. This opportunity is with a nationally recognized design-build contractor with a strong backlog and reputation for delivering complex work . What You'll Be Doin g:
  • Lead day-to-day field operations from groundbreaking through closeo ut
  • Manage subcontractors, site logistics, safety, quality, and scheduli ng
  • Coordinate closely with Project Managers, ownership, and design tea ms
  • Drive production, maintain schedules, and keep projects moving forwa rd
  • Conduct site meetings and ensure work is executed according to plans and specificatio ns
  • Identify and resolve field issues before they impact schedule or budg et
What They're Looking F or:
  • 5-10+ years of Superintendent experience in ground-up construct ion
  • Strong background in industrial, warehouse, distribution, or commercial proje cts
  • Experience running projects independently from the fi eld
  • Strong scheduling, coordination, and subcontractor management ski lls
